If you register for, are provisioned access to, or otherwise use the CERTRA platform, that use is governed separately by the CERTRA Platform Terms of Use and, where applicable, a Customer Agreement and Data Processing Agreement between SASS and your organisation. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a Customer Agreement, the Customer Agreement prevails for platform use.

Our collection and use of personal information through the Website is described in the CERTRA Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.
10. Disclaimers
